Wool yarn knit on an old singer knitting machine at my studio in chinatown.
The yarn is sourced from Italy and Scotland, coned wool is necessary for the knitting machine process and that is a little rarer to find.
Shetland wool, merino wool and cashmere are my usual favourites, I love the surprise each time I wash a knitted piece to see how the fibre looks.
Every scarf or wrap is uniquely individual and I really appreciate the warmth and softness of these fibres as I hope you will too.
